The 2020 mural project was made possible by friends like you.

Artist and Henderson, Kentucky native, Maddy Fritz, partnered with local members of the community and friends from all over to complete an outdoor mural project this past summer. The mural site was provided by a unique collaboration between the building/business owners at Henderson Juice Co. The total cost of the mural materials and labor was entirely funded by supporters, like you! Check out this video to see the final look!

Ways You Can Continue to Support the Maddy:

$5 - Keep the artist caffeinated, covers the cost of a local latte.

$25 - Buy the artist a quart of Nova mural paint, it ain’t cheap! (The paint prices range from $15-$35 a quart depending on the color.)

$100 - Adopt a square foot (limited). Adopt a square foot of a mural to call your own. The artist will send you a note and image of your piece of the mural you adopted. You can also chose to gift or dedicate to a friend, just select “Dedicate” after entering your donation info and enter the name of your dedication.

$1,000 - Insure a muralist. Covers one year of liability mural painting insurance for the artist. (Interest in collaborating for an in-kind sponsorship? Let’s chat!)

About the Artist:

Maddy is a designer and artist born and raised in Kentucky. She specializes in graphic design, studio art, and mural painting. She first began petitioning to paint a mural after she assisted California artist muralist, Leah Tumerman, on the Discover Your Nature mural in 2018. You can follow her newest mural project by viewing #TheNourishMural.

Maddy has over 10 years of art and design experience. She graduated with a B.A. in studio art from Georgetown College, and currently works at Redstitch in Evansville, Indiana as a Digital Designer, designing websites, logos and solving creative problems.

When she isn’t dabbling in graphics & UX design, she is traveling, writing poetry, and spending time with her dog.
